St. Matthew Manor and St. Matthew Manor West are apartment communities located in Humboldt, Tennessee. St. Matthew Manor is for senior citizens 62 and older and for individuals with a mobility impaired disability. St. Matthew Manor West is for senior citizens 62 and older only. Both properties are owned and managed by the Diocese of Memphis Housing Corporation, the housing arm of Associated Catholic Charities. St. Matthew Manor includes 30 one-bedroom apartments, each complete with a living room, kitchen and bath, and 10 efficiency apartments. Each unit has carpeting, mini blinds, a range and refrigerator, individually controlled heat and air, as well as an emergency call system. On-site laundry facilities are also available.

St. Matthew Manor West consists of 26 one-bedroom apartments and one two-bedroom apartment with the same amenities as St. Matthew Manor.

Utilities for both complexes are included in the low monthly rent, which is based on 30 percent of a resident's adjusted monthly income.

Eligibility Requirements:

1. Housing is provided for senior citizens 62 and older and for individuals with mobility-impaired disabilities.
2. Applicants must meet income limits established by the Department of Housing and Urban Development.
3. Applicants are subject to credit and criminal checks.
4. Applicants must provide references from past landlords.
5. Applicants are required to sign a one-year lease.
