St. Mary Manor is an apartment community located in Jackson, Tennessee, for senior citizens 62 and older and for individuals with a mobility impaired disability. Owned and managed by the Diocese of Memphis Housing Corporation, the housing arm of Associated Catholic Charities, St. Mary Manor includes 135 one-bedroom apartments, and seven two-bedroom apartments, each complete with a living room, kitchen and bath. Each unit has carpeting, drapes, a range and refrigerator, individually controlled heat and air, as well as an emergency call system. In addition, there are eight studio apartments, with a living room/bedroom combination. On-site laundry facilities are also available.

Utilities at St. Mary Manor are included in the low monthly rent, which is based on 30 percent of a resident's adjusted monthly income.

Eligibility Requirements:

1. Housing is provided for senior citizens 62 and older and for individuals with mobility-impaired disabilities.
2. Applicants must meet income limits established by the Department of Housing and Urban Development.
3. Applicants are subject to credit and criminal checks.
4. Applicants must provide references from past landlords.
5. Applicants are required to sign a one-year lease.
