St. Mark Village Apartments are community-based residences located in Moscow, Tennessee, for senior citizens 62 and older and for individuals with mobility impaired disabilities. Owned and managed by the Diocese of Memphis Housing Corporation, the housing arm of Associated Catholic Charities, St. Mark Village includes 17 one-bedroom apartments, each complete with a living room, kitchen and bath, four efficiency apartments, and three units for the disabled. Each unit also has carpeting, mini blinds, a range and refrigerator, individually controlled heat and air, as well as an emergency call system. On-site laundry facilities are also available.

Utilities at St. Mark Village are included in the low monthly rent, which is based on 30 percent of a resident's adjusted monthly income.

Eligibility Requirements:

1. Housing is provided for senior citizens 62 and older and for individuals with mobility-impaired disabilities.
2. Applicants must meet income limits established by the Department of Housing and Urban Development.
3. Applicants are subject to credit and criminal checks.
4. Applicants must provide references from past landlords.
5. Applicants are required to sign a one-year lease.
