Good Samaritan Village is an apartment community in Camden, Tennessee, for senior citizens 62 and older who are able to live independently. Owned and managed by the Diocese of Memphis Housing Corporation, the housing arm of Associated Catholic Charities, the complex includes 40 apartments, each complete with a living room, kitchen, bedroom and bath. Each unit has carpeting, mini blinds, a range and refrigerator, individually controlled heat and air, as well as an emergency call system. On-site laundry facilities are also available. Utilities are included in the low monthly rent, which is based on 30 percent of a resident's adjusted monthly income.

Eligibility Requirements:

1. Housing is provided for senior citizens 62 and older and for individuals with mobility-impaired disabilities.
2. Annual income may not exceed $10,550 for one person or $12,100 for two people.
3. Applicants are subject to credit and criminal checks.
4. Applicants must provide references from past landlords.
5. Applicants are required to sign a one-year lease.
